Full of LIVE pods that seem to establish and multiply quickly. My second order from them. Each time I set up new tank, I start out with order of their pods. I also use the cold processed pods and eggs to rotate in my feeding schedule. Also, Their phytoplankton shelf life (in fridge) seems much longer than another brand I tried.

I bought this pack for a new reef tank to get a pod population. The pods came packed perfectly and they were all alive. Popped the cap and dosed my tank as soon as the lights went off. Within days my tank looked cleaner and new fish were happier. Great products.
